We are looking for programs who would like to participate in LENA Grow in the upcoming year. This program is for children birth-5 years old and is implemented over the course of 5 weeks. LENA Grow is a professional development opportunity that helps teachers focus on how much they engage with their children. Some of the benefits of this program are growth in children’s language development, increased job satisfaction, increased CLASS scores, and decreased behavior challenges.
