The STAR Babies Certification Program is a free Community of Practice for infant and toddler caregivers serving children from birth through age 3 at ELC-contracted sites in Sarasota County. The program includes 10 sessions delivered through a blend of in-person meetings and online sessions via Zoom, facilitated by Barbara Papantonakis. Participants will receive a textbook and additional resources to build a professional reference binder throughout the program. Applications will be reviewed, and applicants will be notified of their acceptance status.
